Man v. Zone
I am a firm believer in Man to Man defense if you have the players and they are competent enough to play it. It is a tough defense to teach and even more difficult to play. However, if you can play it well, you will have a leg up on the competition because it can be extremely aggressive and suffocating.

Re: Zone vs. Man-to-man
I agree.
Man to man tends to force mistakes and rebounding (boxing out) is much easier when every man has his own responsibility.
However, if you are a team that likes to press, zone is probably the better choice as rotating is much easier in the zone.
